I saw the premier of Philip Glass's collaboration with Leonard Cohen "Book of Longing."


It was quite good.



I know she is coming
I know she will look

I wasn't at first. I mean, Philip Glass can be a bit of a drag. But this thing is a huge deal, and I do like Leonard Cohen, and I got a very good ticket at a very reasonable price, so I felt compelled to go. And it was very cool.

Also, Leonard Cohen showed up at the end to take a bow, which was unexpected. So that's pretty sweet.

Also, Tom Waits might have been in the audience.
